Founder and owner Ahimsaka realised that chilli doesn't always have a good reputation in the UK and would like you to view chillies differently.

He makes hot sauces from very mild  to mind blowing. He is also the only maker & supplier of coffee infused hot sauce in the UK. During the summer he makes hot sauces infused with fruits such as blueberries, mango and pineapple.

Hot sauces are wonderfully versatile to complement your homemade food. They can be added to pizzas, burgers, burritos, stews, soups, chilli con carne, pasta sauce, dips and fish dishes.

Until recently the chillies were sourced from the south of England but Ahimsaka has recently started growing chillies locally in a polytunnel. So you may soon be able to sample hot sauce that is not only made but also grown in the Highlands.
