Farming with care is behind everything Fraoch Cottage does. Their small flock of Ryeland sheep and saddleback pigs produce high quality lamb and pork and a wide range of cuts are sold throughout the Black Isle, Inverness and beyond.

Encouraging people to visit (when allowed) to see and understand home grown produce is an important part of what they do but you can also place an order for home delivery.

The opening of their own butchering unit in 2021 (keep an eye on their website), will give control of quality and their customers' favourite cuts. The unit will also provide a service for small holders to have their own produce butchered. Their vision is to create an environment in which crofters can come for tea and a chat - and have their butchering done.
