Highland Crackers

"Highland Food and Drink" and "Great Taste" award winning crackers - a perfect stand alone snack or topped with your favourite cheese, pate or dip. Four different flavours: original, chilli, cumin or seeded : without gluten or dairy (vegan).

Donna uses Beremeal in original and chilli crackers which is only grown and milled on the island of Orkney. Gram flour is used in the gluten free one.
