Local butchers who source prime animals from across the Highlands at Dingwall Auction Mart, slaughter them at their abattoir in Dingwall and butcher the meat, including producing sausages, burgers etc. in their premises. Potatoes, carrots and turnips are sourced from local farms, and honey and preserves from Struan Apiaries.
