This family run business aims to provide the freshest local produce including fish, shellfish and crustaceans. Their staff have a combined knowledge of over 60 years in the seafood industry and have won several UK and French awards.

  • Their white fish and shellfish is landed in different ports in Scotland and goes straight from the boats to to be processed in-house.
  • Their smoked range comes from local smokehouses;
  • Some of their specialised products are cured in-house and their salmon is of Scottish origin

Whether you buy from the shop, their mobile vans or have a home delivery, everything you buy will be less than two days old. Check their website and facebook page for details of mobile van schedules and home deliveries. The Pro- Fish van is a regular at the outdoor markets in Culbokie and North Kessock on Saturday mornings.
