Based in the small fishing village of Portsoy in the North East of Scotland, we produce the finest Smoked Salmon for discerning customers around the world, our award winning Salmon is smoked using traditional methods passed down through the same family for 100 years. Firm fleshed and strong, our salmon are hatched and raised in Scotland’s cool clear waters, No artificial chemicals or preservatives are used – that would be breaking tradition.

Our van makes commercial deliveries to the Black Isle on a Tuesday, Thursday and Friday.
