With the current Level 4 restrictions extended until the end of the month, you might feel like a change from home cooking. Why not try a takeaway from one of our many local cafes, restaurants and catering services offering a collection or home delivery service? You get a break from cooking and we keep our local businesses afloat - it's win-win!
As usual, check their websites and Facebook pages for order details, menus and any changes to their service. Any cafes on our Restaurants & Cafes page that are not listed here are currently closed - but get in touch if you spot any errors! Please do keep to the Level 4 rules and keep yourself, your family and our local businesses safe and well. Please don't travel unnecessarily outside your local area.
The Anderson, Fortrose

Bad Girl Bakery, Muir of Ord
They had planned to reopen for takeaway on 1 Feb but with the restrictions extended until the end of the month, they have made the difficult decision to remain closed for the monent. Follow or Like them on Facebook to make sure you don't miss their reopening!
Chanterelle, Fortrose & Rosemarkie Golf Club

Highland Farm Cafe, Mount Gerald
Currently open 10am to 3pm for takeaways and grocery shopping. Takeaway meals, drinks, afternoon teas and cakes. The cafe area has been turned into a well stocked shop, with plenty of fresh produce. Check their Facebook page for updates.
Munros Nursery Coffee Shop, Bogallan
The coffeeshop is currently closed but check their Facebook page for any updates. The garden centre and nursery are open for click and collect.
Red Poppy Catering, Strathpeffer
Offering ready meals, delivered to your door for you to heat and eat. Choose from a full three-course menu, weekend specials - including a Sunday roast - as well as their speciality cheescakes and afternoon tea. A wide range of meat, dairy and grocery products can also be ordered from their online shop. Rosemarkie Beach Cafe
Open for takeaway only on Saturdays and Sundays, 11am - 3pm. Choose from takeaway hot and cold drinks, cakes, savoury snacks, soup and ice cream. Check their Facebook page for any changes.
Slaughterhouse Coffee
Currently closed for renovations but plan to reopen on 19 February for takeaway only. Customers are asked to stick to the Level 4 rules to ensure everyone's safety and wellbeing. Please check their Facebook page for details.
The Storehouse, Foulis
Offering daily specials from The Bothy, their mobile catering unit, in the garden. See their Facebook page for daily menus and specials. Open 9am - 3pm. The food shop and deli are open with a wide range of fresh foods and groceries. Also chilled meals, coffee and cake to take away. They are also offering to deliver meals and providing a ‘call and collect’ service on their daily menu. See Facebook page for details. They now have an online shop too.
Sutor Creek Cafe, Cromarty
