Welcome to Bakhoos Bakery!

We're delighted to welcome Bakhoos Bakery to Our Local Larder.

This Fortrose based bakery, run by husband and wife team Scott MacKenzie and Charlotte King, specialises in sourdough, viennoiserie, cakes and coffee and has been a huge success since opening last year.

Scott is the master baker with 15 years experience at some of Scotland's most well regarded bakeries. He focuses on using the best of Scottish produce - local, organic and seasonal where possible - including Scottish grown/milled flour. Charlotte is a designer and cake baker and these, along with her interest in simple, tasty, seasonal ingredients, are evident in every element of Bakhoos, from the food to the aesthetics.
